Return Policy

Client satisfaction is our only goal here at Queen Anna House of Fashion. Please carefully read our returns policy, as it is an unwavering policy that we must abide by as a small independent boutique brand. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business. 


  • All jewelry, intimates, face coverings, and sale items are marked "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged. All online orders with full-priced items must be returned within seven business days with the tags attached and merchandise unworn to receive a cashback refund. 
  • All items have inventory control tags attached to them before shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, it can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.


  • Any purchases made within our physical location will be returned for an in-store credit only if returned within seven days of purchase. No returns are granted after seven days, and all intimates, face coverings, jewelry, and sale items are final sales.


  • Any purchases online or in our shopping apps will be returned for a full refund if the items are returned within seven days and all tags are in place. No returns are granted after seven days. All intimates, face coverings, all jewelry, and sale items are final sales.


  • Please note: QUEEN ANNA DOES NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS FOR ANY IN-STORE PURCHASES. All in-store purchases have five business days to return items for an in-store credit only. 


  • After seven days, all online orders have three additional days (ten days total) to request an exchange or store credit. After ten days, all orders are considered final sales and will NOT be accepted for a return. Any items sent to us for a return will not be returned to the sender without the customer paying for the postage for that return. After ten days of delivery, the USPS will be marked void, and USPS will not accept the return label.  
  • Once we receive your package and confirm that all packaging and tags are intact, we will confirm via email and begin your return process. We will send a confirmation within five business days.


  • All International orders have seven days upon receiving an item to reach out via social media, email, or website chat to start the return process. 
  • All items that need to be exchanged or returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the initial dollar amount being refunded. After seven days, all international orders become final sales and are no longer eligible to be shipped back. 

Please note: 

All intimates, face coverings, all jewelry, and sale items are final sales, and refunds are not permitted for those items at any time. Gift cards can also not be exchanged or used for cash, and balances cannot be exchanged for money at any time.

All merchandise is considered final after ten days, whether purchased online or in person.
