Items marked as "Final Sale," including all layaway purchases and all Fine Jewelry items, may not be returned or exchanged.
All items have inventory control tags attached to them prior to shipping. If you tamper with or remove the inventory control tag, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged. Shoes that show wear or have had their inventory control tag tampered with or removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned within 7 days following purchase to receive a full refund. Items returned or exchanged must be accompanied with any dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, booklets, original tags, replacement hardware, etc. The cost of replacing missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
Once we receive your package, we will confirm by email that we are processing your request, and a refund confirmation will be sent within 10 days. Refunds are processed to the same form as was used for payment.
