What shipping options are available?

Complimentary shipping is included on orders of $275 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and carrier, with standard and expedited options available. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.

Yes. Queen Anna House of Fashion proudly serves clients worldwide. International shipping rates, delivery times, and any duties or customs charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed at checkout by destination. Please note that all international orders are final sale.

What is your return policy?

We want every piece to feel right. Returns are measured in calendar days from delivery:

• Within 0 to 10 days: full refund, exchange, or store credit
• Days 11 to 14: exchange or store credit
• After 14 days, we are unable to accept the return

Returns on full-priced items within the United States are complimentary, and each order includes one complimentary exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. The following are also final sale: sale and promotional items, jewelry, intimates and bodysuits, and gift cards. You can start a return anytime through our secure Returns Portal.
