Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • Full Refund: Returns initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Exchange or Store Credit: Accepted from day 7–10 after delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted after 10 days.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
  • All original tags, packaging, and inventory labels must be attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox (placed inside a shipping box).

How to Return Online Orders

  1. Visit our Self-Service Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  4. Print your prepaid return label (valid for 10 days).
  5. Drop your package with the carrier listed on the label.

Refund Method

Approved items are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic prepaid return labels are provided; the cost is deducted from your refund unless due to a fulfillment error.
  • Exchanges ship free one time per order.

International Orders

  • Return Window: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Duties & Taxes: Non-refundable and not credited back by Queen Anna House of Fashion.
  • Refund Amount: Original payment method minus any restocking, duties, and shipping costs.
  • After 7 Days: Orders become final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
