Return & Exchange Policy

Queen Anna House of Fashion is committed to offering a service-forward shopping experience rooted in style, trust, and intentionality. As an independent boutique, our policies are designed to provide flexibility while honoring the operational needs of a specialty retailer. Please review the full guidelines below before initiating a return.


Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Return Window

  • In-Store Purchases: Eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Online & App Purchases:
    • Full Refund: Returns initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
    • Exchange or Store Credit: Accepted from day 7–10 after delivery.
    • Returns are not accepted after 10 days.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
  • All original tags, packaging, and inventory control labels must be attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox placed inside a shipping box.

Final Sale Items

  • Jewelry
  • Intimates & bodysuits
  • Face coverings
  • Gift cards
  • All sale or promotional items
  • Any product marked “Final Sale” at checkout

How to Return Online Orders

  1. Visit our Self-Service Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  4. Print your prepaid return label (valid for 10 days).
  5. Drop your package off at the carrier listed on your label.

Refund Method

Approved items are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic prepaid labels are provided; cost is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a fulfillment error.
  • Exchanges ship free one time per order.

International Orders

We proudly serve clients around the world. Due to customs fees and global carrier handling, international returns follow different guidelines.

  • Return Window: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping Costs: International clients are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Original payment method minus restocking and shipping costs.
  • After 7 Days: Orders become final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

  • Items worn, washed, or missing original tags/labels
