The impact of Covid-19 has allowed us to serve you with a host of virtual experiences for over two months. Although unplanned, it has allowed others who value service, style, and education as much as you do, to experience what Queen Anna House of Fashion has to offer.

As of Wednesday evening, our Governor has allowed for the reopening of retail stores and boutiques, and thus we have started to implement a strategic phase-based process of carefully reopening Queen Anna House of Fashion. Following the guidance from the government and health authorities, we have begun to apply precautionary measures to ensure your safety and well-being, as well as that of our in-store stylists.

We will continue to serve you, regardless of where you are with our virtual one-on-one shopping appointments, complementary Masterclasses, events, and more virtually. Locally, we will phase into a quasi-normal store opening, starting with private individual shopping appointments and pre-arranged curbside pickup.

Understanding that the world around us will be different for a little while, one thing that will not change whether in store for virtually is the unwavering quality in customer service and the overall experience you are accustomed to and unique to our brand here at Queen Anna House of Fashion. Our QA team is excited to welcome you back into our boutique and look forward to moving forward with you. Together, we will be able to reflect on these past few months, stronger and on the other side of it all.

Q: Is the store open?

A: Yes! On Monday, May 18th we were able to safely reopen our doors again. We have revised our interactive shopping experience to protect our clients and staff. At this time we will only allow less than 10 people in the store at a time. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. We are also pleased to offer in-store appointments for those who wish to shop with a stylist at our North Loop store. Appointments can be made via Facebook. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis.


Q: How else can I shop?

A: Queen Anna House of Fashion is proud to offer you all of your favorite brands and styles on our website. We also offer virtual shopping by appointment and curbside pick up for your convenience. We are also offering free shipping on your orders over $50 and free returns.


Q: Will my order be delayed?

A: Our team is patiently standing by to get your order to you as soon as possible. While you should not expect delays on our end, you may experience delays from shipping companies.
