• Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases

• Exchange Window: 5 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Policy: All in-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds are available for in-store purchases.

How to Process a Return or Exchange (Online)

2. Login: Use your order number and email.
3. Select Items: Choose items to return/exchange.
4. Provide Reason: Select a reason for return/exchange.
5. Submit Request: Submit your request.
6. Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email with instructions and a return label.

How to Process a Return or Exchange (In-Store)

1. Visit Our Store: Bring the item(s) to our store along with the receipt.
2. Return Condition Check: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Provide Reason: Let our staff know the reason for your exchange.
4. Process Request: Our staff will process your exchange request and provide you with a confirmation. Alternatively, store credit will be issued for eligible items.
